Fork in the Road Market is the new resident of the tiny house locals call adorable, a very quaint brick cottage with a gable roof at 3 Danbury Road close to Route 116.

Here you'll find plenty of ways to enjoy a waffle, along with an array of coffees, espresso drinks, and teas.

"We have sweet and savory options. There's salmon waffle with horseradish sauce, chicken and mushrooms with pesto sauce, apple pie with cinnamon raising drizzle and other choices," Laura Welber said.

Local walkers and drivers-by,  and visitors from out of town are coming in, especially on weekends, owner Laura Welber said.

"We have lots of moms come after workouts for breakfast or for lattes, cappuccinos, freshly brewed coffee or tea. We have the walkers and many drivers stop in to eat and shop."

The cafe also carries merchandise made by local artisans, from rustic soaps, to jewelry, to body butter cream, organic pet food and supplies and more.

Welber describes the cafe as a place where you can sit and relax, or shop and enjoy a cup of coffee, or something to eat.

On a perfect sunny day, you can watch the world pass by from one of four bistro tables, two on either side of the building, or at one out back for private break.

Along with Laura Welber, Szilvia Barnett and Sarit Wiener are also owners of Fork in the Road Market.

The three partners also have a European pastry shop on Main Street called KaFo.
