WILTON, Conn. – International bestselling suspense author Mary Higgins Clark will be at the Wilton Library Friday to meet with fans and talk about her newest novel, “Daddy’s Gone A Hunting,” a story about two sisters and their family’s dark secret.

Already on the New York Times’ best sellers list, “Daddy’s Gone A Hunting” is Clark’s 32nd novel. In the novel, the lives of two sisters, Kate and Hannah Connelly, are threatened after a family secret is exposed.

The “Queen of Suspense,” as she’s known, has also penned two children’s books.

Clark will be in the library’s Brubeck Room from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A question and answer session will follow her discussion. Copies of “Daddy’s Gone A Hunting” will be available for purchase and signing, courtesy of New Canaan’s Elm Street Books.
