Jacob Aviner and the Vines: 7 p.m. Come out to see Jacob Aviner and the Vines. They will be joined by Cheerleader. Trackside Teen Center, 15 Station Road.
Saturday
Tales to Tails at Wilton Library: 11 a.m. to noon. Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescues Therapy Dog Program will take therapy dogs to the library for children to read to them. The use of trained therapy dogs in reading programs can result in children who feel comfortable reading out loud, read more often, attempt more difficult books and look forward to reading. Children must read independently to participate. Registration is required. Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefiled Road.
Bryan Brothers Visit: 5 p.m. Tennis doubles team Bob and Mike Bryan will play in a tennis exhibition. The Bryan Brothers Shootout will feature the duo against an opposing ATP team. The Bryans are Olympic gold medalists and U.S. Open champions. A limited number of tickets are available at premiertennistravel.com. SundayRoger Sherman Inns Tour De France: 6 p.m. The Roger Sherman Inn continues its RS Tour de France wine and food series with the third installment, a tribute to the historical home of kings and queens, the fertile Loire Valley, known for its innovative cuisine and white wine. Full Tilt exhibit at Silvermine Arts Center: 1 to 5 p.m. Bob Gregsons "Full Tilt," begs the question of being off-kilter or askew. The walls of the Vassos Gallery are filled with plywood constructions, all or parts of which are tilted, which visually energizes the space. Silvermine Art Gallery, 1037 Silvermine Road, New Canaan.
