Monday, Aug. 20

Drop-In Summer Crafts at Wilton Library: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Children of all ages can stop by during regular library hours and make a Medieval-themed craft to take home.  Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

Tuesday Book Buzz at Wilton Library: 11 a.m. to noon. There will be a Book Buzz conversation moderated by one of Wilton Library’s reference librarians. Participants are encouraged to come and chat about one of their most recent favorite reads or just listen to what others recommend. Registration suggested but not required. Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

Wilton Farmers Market: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.  The weekly outdoor market, held at the Wilton Historical Society, will feature local produce, cheeses and baked goods. The Wilton Farmers Market is supported by the Wilton Chamber of Commerce, the Wilton Historical Society and the Wilton Library. Wilton Historical Society, 224 Danbury Road.

Medieval Summer Knights Faire at Wilton Library: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Adults and children of all ages are invited to join the library in a celebration to complete the summer reading program. Families can enjoy medieval food, games, raffles and entertainment such as jugglers, face painters, jesters and presentations by Wilton Fencing Academy and Wilton Dance Studio. The evening also includes a knighting ceremony at 7 p.m. and is for all children who have completed the Knight’s Challenge. The program is $5 per person. Children under 5 years old are free. Please note that the library will be closing at 5 p.m. to prepare for the event. Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road.

Thursday, Aug. 23

The Silvermine Art Gallery will host Bob Gregson’s “Full Tilt” exhibit. Noon to 5 p.m. Gregson’s "Full Tilt," begs the question of being off-kilter or askew. Silvermine Arts Center, 1037 Silvermine Road, New Canaan.

Friday, Aug. 24

Jacob Aviner and The Vines at Trackside Teen Center:  7 p.m. Join Jacob Aviner and the Vines at Trackside Teen Center. Trackside Teen Center, 15 Station Road.
