Great Trains Holiday Exhibit at Wilton Historical Society: Noon to 4 p.m. The Wilton Historical Society will hold its Great Trains holiday exhibit with a variety of trains. Friday is the final day of the exhibit. Tickets are free for historical society members and $10 for nonmembers. Wilton Historical Society, 224 Danbury Road.
Saturday
Wilton Library Holiday Book Sale: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library’s holiday book sale in the gallery is a seasonal delight. Bargains can be found – most of the items are new or like-new condition, making a terrific opportunity for holiday gift-giving. Items include books, unopened CDs and DVDs, children’s books and a huge assortment of art books. The sale continues through Dec. 23. Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road.
Christmas Crafts at Wilton Library: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children of all ages are invited to stop by the library and make a Christmas craft to take home. Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road.
Sunday
Statewide Vigil for Newtown: 6 p.m. Wilton residents will gather to honor and remember the 26 people lost at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown. Wilton Gazebo, Wilton Center.
