WILTON, CONN. -- Joe M. Cox II and Chris Perry of Webster Wealth Advisors in Wilton have both been named Five Star Wealth managers in Connecticut.
Cox is senior vice president, senior investment manager and Perry is senior vice president, senior managing director at Webster Wealth Advisors, a Webster Financial Company. This is the fourth consecutive year for Cox, and third year for Perry. Both men are featured in the December issue of "Connecticut Magazine."

Cox, who grew up in Wilton and now lives in New Canaan, holds several financial planning designations, including CFP® certification and AAMS, CRPC, and AIF® designations. He's is active in the community, including participating in several Tour de Cure races to raise money for children with diabetes.
Cox earned his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and his financial planning certification from The American College.
Perry, a Wilton native, also holds the CFP® certification and is an investment advisor representative of Commonwealth Financial Network. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations as well as life, health, accident, and variable insurance licenses.
Perry is very active in his community and currently serves in many roles at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. He has served on the Board of Trustees and as Alumni Association President for both Camp Dudley and the Kent School.
Locally, he's a Scout leader as well as an advisor to the Wilton Student Financial Aid committee.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his financial planning certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colo.
