Three Darien Police Officers Promoted Three Darien Police Officers Promoted
Three Darien Police Officers Promoted The Darien Police Commission and Police Chief Ray Osborne have announced the promotions of three officers on Wednesday, May 29. Nick Aranzullo, who started with the department in 2005, was promoted to Lieutenant. In 2009, Lt. Aranzullo assisted with the coordination of the K-9 program and formed the department’s first K-9 unit with canine partner “Zulu.” Lt. Aranzullo also served in the Detective Bureau, receiving a promotion to the rank of Sergeant in 2017.
