WESTPORT, Conn. -- Clinical nutritionist Donna Brown will discuss the latest research on sports nutrition and how teen athletes can use these findings, on Tuesday, March 29, at Westport Library.
The program is free and open to the public. It will include tips on how to eat and hydrate to build stamina, endurance, strength and speed.
Brown is a clinical nutritionist at the Nutrition Kitchen, a private practice dedicated to optimizing the health, lifespan and performance of its clients. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Wheaton College and her master's in clinical nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
