Popular Restaurant Chain To Open Location At Mall In Connecticut

A popular estaurant chain has announced it will open its second Connecticut location at a busy mall in the region.

The Connecticut Post Mall located in New Haven County in Milford announced on Wednesday, Aug. 3 that P.F. Chang’s will open in 2023 at the shopping center.

“We are thrilled to bring P.F. Chang’s to the CT Post Mall and our Milford-area community,” said Ken Sterba, general manager of the mall. “The immersive Asian dining experience P.F. Chang’s offers will be a hit with our guests, and the restaurant is sure to become a go-to spot to celebrate with friends and family on any occasion.”

The new P.F. Chang’s will occupy the former Bar Louie space at the mall, Sterba said.

When it opens, guests can expect to enjoy the elevated Asian cuisine the brand is famous for, including P.F. Chang’s scratch-made favorites, such as Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Chang’s Lettuce Wraps.

Additional information about the new P.F. Chang’s including employment opportunities and a grand opening date will be shared later in the year.

The chain also has a location in West Hartford.
