An investigation into the death of the male victim on Friday, Aug. 23 in a Woodmere residence led to the arrest of Piero Russotto, 46, and Alexandro D’Angelo, 55, both of Ridgewood, Queens, Nassau County Police said.
Detectives reportedly arranged to meet D’Angelo at a Queens location and placed him under arrest on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 4 p.m., said police.
A subsequent investigation also led to the arrest of Russotto who is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
D’Angelo is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both men will be arraigned Friday, Aug. 30 at First District Court, Hempstead.
