The development will house 94 total units in four stories — adding up to 29 affordable units, or 30.8 percent of the available units on the 1.96-acre site, according to the Westport News.
Commissioner Paul Lebowitz, admittedly not a huge supporter of the proposal, said that the location works both with the town’s plan of conservation and development along with checking a number of necessary boxes, according to the Westport News.
