Hughes' aim is to get past the media outcry and focus on the bottom line: is Obamacare really working, and what's the future for the contentious litigation?
His presentation will focus on the various parts of the Affordable Care Act, assigning each a letter grade and discussing what parts could improve.
The RMA meeting will start at 11 a.m., and attendees should be present by 10:40 a.m. for coffee and cake.
All RMA meetings are held at the First Presbyterian Church in Greenwich, with parking on-street or at a public lot two houses north of the church on Lafayette Place.
For additional information, email the RMA's Jim Fishbein at jim.fishbein1@verizon.net.
