The first program is the fourth annual Teen Photography Contest for Fairfield County residents entering grades 6-12 in the fall. The contest will run from June 1 to July 8. Entries will be judged by the library’s first Artist-in-Residence Miggs Burroughs and will appear in an exhibit in the lower-level Riverwalk Hallway from July 15 to Aug. 31.
Submissions can be made in the following categories: portrait, landscape and experimental. The submission deadline is Friday, July 8. Email high-resolution images to email@example.com.
The award ceremony will be Friday, July 15, from 5-6 p.m. in the library’s McManus Room.
The second program is "Interviewing for Your First Job or Internship." This will be Monday, June 6, at 7 p.m. in the McManus Room.
