Local businesses can have a global customer base, an expansive social media presence and be part of conversations all over the world – sometimes without realizing it. Digitalization, movement of individuals, global supply chains and interdependence of the global financial system are just a few factors that have brought the world to local business.

Press will give an overview of how local ecosystems are gaining a global dimension. She will explain implementable ways that local businesses can generate strategic insights that will help them manage the global dimension of their business.

The event is for managers, business owners and others who are interested in proactive ways local businesses can embrace and manage globalization.

D3M is a global startup focused on enabling businesses and individuals to craft their strategic positioning, sustainable competitive edge and effective leadership style by means of data-driven decision management.

Press is a graduate of Greens Farms Academy. She has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tufts University and a master of science in international economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics.
