Documentary Star Will Step Behind The Bar At Westports Dunvilles

WESTPORT, Conn. – Award-winning bartender Steve Schneider, from Employees Only in New York, is guest-bartending at Dunvilles in Westport on Thursday, Nov. 13, starting at 8 p.m.

The owner of Dunvilles, Steve Carpentieri, co-stars with Schnieder in director Douglas Tirola's award-winning documentary “Hey Bartender.”

He is stepping behind the bar to celebrate the renovations at Dunvilles, or as Carpentieri calls it, Dunvilles 2.0.

Since the film's theatrical release, Schneider he has become one of the best known bartenders in the world. Has been flown around the world to guest-bartend at the some the worlds most respected bars in Berlin, London, Russia, Australia, Asia.

"Hey Bartender" looks at the lives of two men, Schneider and Carpentieri, trying to achieve their dreams through bartending. The film can currently be seen on Showtime, Netflix and iTunes.

Dunvilles is located at 41 Saugatuck Ave.
