The 2024 Daily Voice Readers' Choice contest to name the Best of the Best in Fairfield County began with reader nominations in October and ended with a voting period for finalists in 80+ categories in December.&nbsp;

The park offers picnic tables, a playground, and trails and is home to the historic Gallagher Mansion, per its website.

Readers' Choice voters particularly love its disc golf course.

"The course at Cranbury is one of the best I've played at—and I've played all over New England," said one voter. "The layout of the course is easy to follow, and the course itself offers a good mix of open field and shots in the woods. I'm glad to call this course my home course."
