- On Friday, Feb. 8, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Kevin P. McHugh, 50, of Rhinebeck, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 308 in Rhinebeck, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.

He was traveling on Myers Corners Road in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
