Trumbull Police Officer Revives Man Suffering From Heroin Overdose

TRUMBULL, Conn. -- Trumbull police were able to save the life of an unidentified 24-year-old man who was found unconscious by family over the weekend due to a suspected heroin overdose, according to CTPost.com.

A responding officer immediately administered a dose of Narcan to the man, who began to show signs of improved breathing, the CTPost.com said.

Trumbull EMS provided a second dose, and the man regained consciousness before being transported to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, reported CTPost.com.
