A Riverside teen is facing multiple charges after Greenwich Police say they found a variety of marijuana and THC oils in a vehicle during a search for a missing girl.
The 13-year-old was reported missing Tuesday, Dec. 11. Police attempted to locate ther and were informed that she may be with a man named Devon Satir, 19.
Satir was located within a vehicle in close proximity to the missing female’s residence, according to police.
During the police’s interview with Satir, the odor of marijuana was detected. Police were given probable cause to search the vehicle, and in doing so, they discovered a backpack containing a shopping bag with 16 THC cartridges as well as three “Brass Knuckles” THC cartridges attached to vape inhalers, police said.
After locating Satir, the missing female returned home. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the missing female had been with Satir in his vehicle moments before police arrived.
Satir was charged with the following:
- Risk of injury to a minor
- Possession with intent to sell
- Illegal possession
Satir was released on $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Wednesday, Dec. 26.
