REDDING, Conn. -- A woman from Oklahoma is accused of scamming an 81-year-old Redding resident out of $60,000, according to The News-Times website.
Linda Lou Anderson-Fowler, 61, of Tulsa, was arrested after a year-long on charges of convincing a resident to mail her the $60,000 in cash, the Redding Police Department told the News-Times.
