This story has been updated.

A former Danbury High School employee has been arrested for allegedly providing marijuana to several juveniles, including students.

Glenn Davis, 41, turned himself into police on Friday, June 14, after a warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from a complaint made on May 8, said the Danbury Police Department.

Davis, who was employed as a student safety advocate, was arrested following an investigation by the Special Victims Units after receiving the complaint, police said.

He is alleged to have provided marijuana to juveniles, including Danbury High School students, while off campus, police said.

He was charged with fours counts of risk of injury to a minor, and two counts of distributing marijuana. Davis was released after posting $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 25.

District officials said Davis is no longer employed at the school.
