MONROE, Conn. -- The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library, 733 Monroe Turnpike, is hosting “Chocolate Mania for Teens” on Wednesday, Feb. 3, from 4 to 5 p.m.
Teens in grades six through nine can create and decorate their own chocolate-covered treats and play chocolate-themed games during the festivities.
