TRUMBULL, Conn. – Trumbull Library will present the “Dances of India” with Rachna Agrawal and Ranendra Das on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. in the community room.

Kathak dance and the percussion instrument Tabla come together as a duet performance, rather than Tabla just as accompaniment music for Kathak. The featured artists will perform their solo repertoires, then express the rhythmic poetry of percussion music and dance using the rich and intense improvisation techniques of North Indian music.
