Fairfield County pizzerias are a dime a dozen, but the truly perfect pizzerias aren’t quite as easy to find.

Fortunately, Google has all the answers when it comes to restaurant ratings. Here are some of the top-rated places for pizza in all of Fairfield County:

  • Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana (238 State Street Ext. in Fairfield; 59 Federal Rd, Danbury, CT 06810) 

Previously rated as America’s Best Pizzeria, Frank Pepe’s in Fairfield and Danbury tops our list. And its 4.5/5-star rating is no lie. 

The establishment, which originally opened in 1925, is known for its coal ovens, which have been perfectly replicated at each location to provide the pies’ signature charred yet chewy crust.

  • Colony Grill (515 West Avenue in Norwalk)

Located at 515 West Avenue in Norwalk, Colony Grill is known for its one-of-a-kind hot oil pizzas. Established in 1935, the pizzeria also has locations in Stamford, Port Chester, Fairfield and Milford. 

Colony Grill’s 4.5/5-star Google rating is no doubt attributed to its savory thin-crusted pies topped with your choice of fresh meats and veggies.
