A 31-year-old Connecticut man is facing potentially decades in prison after police say they found thousands of images of child sexual abuse material and discussed shared it on social media, authorities said. Burnest Geyer, of Shelton in Fairfield County, was charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography, the US Attorney for Connecticut said. An adult film actor who resides in New York has been accused of sending and receiving hundreds of videos of child pornography, federal authorities announced. A Fairfield County man was charged with criminal attempt of sexual assault after allegedly attempting to meet up with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl to have sex.
