Sonic To Open New Restaurant On Route 7 “Service with the speed of sound” is coming to a new Connecticut location. Sonic is reportedly opening its newest restaurant in the Nutmeg State, with road signs announcing that the popular drive-in is heading to the Route 7 Travel Plaza in New Milford. The restaurant will revive the building on the corner of Route 7 and Still River Road, which has been vacant for years. The area is also expected to include a new Sunoco gas station. In addition to the New Milford location, Connecticut residents can frequent Sonic restaurants in Manchester, Milford, and Wallingford.

Here's What New Restaurant Will Be Taking Over Little Pub Space In Ridgefield A new restaurant is moving into the former Little Pub location at the Route 7/Branchville Road intersection in Ridgefield. It will be "English not French, a pub," the eatery's manager Josephine Sorena told Daily Voice and be called Marc's Place. The owner is Herve Aussavis who also owns Luc's Café in Ridgefield. Sorena said the opening will "hopefully be before summer." Ridgefield's Little Pub at 59 Ethan Allen Highway was always crowded and had an overflowing parking lot where patrons would drive in for valet service.
