STRATFORD, Conn. -- The State Bond Commission will be deciding on three projects for Stratford later this week, according to the Stratford Star.
The following projects are seeking state funds, state Rep. Laura Hoydick told the Stratford Star:
- $500,000 grant-in-aid for "predevelopment planning and environmental compliance analysis” for the Point Stratford project;
- $60,000 grant for Friends of Boothe Park to rehabilitate the barn at Boothe Memorial Park for a museum and visitor and education center; and
- $125,000 for Stratford Stage Group LLC for planning and development to restore and re-establish the Shakespeare Theatre
