Search On For Suspect In 7-Eleven Armed Robbery

Police are searching for an armed suspect who held up an area 7-Eleven store.

The incident took place around 4:10 a.m., Tuesday, April 23, when the man walked into the store at 801 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, said the Naugatuck Police.

The suspect pointed a black 1911 style handgun at the clerk and demanded all the cash from the registers, said police.

The suspect then fled the area.
