Westchester County
- On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Miriam Regan, 53, of Mount Pleasant, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant, when she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Joseph A. Ramos, 35, of Yonkers, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Jonnathan X. Chimbo, 22, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on Frost Lane in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Lauren F. Russo, 60, of Yonkers, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers, when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Monday, Sept. 9, State Police from Somers arrested Leighton J. Butler, 29, of White Plains, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers, when he was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, and was subsequently arrested.
Dutchess County
- On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Matthew J. Tipping, 29, of Dover, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in Dover, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Weyden M. Perez Morales, 32, of Dover, for Aggravated DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, both felonies. He was traveling on State Route 22 in Dover, when he was involved in two separate motor vehicle crashes. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Patrick M. McRitchie, 23, of Pleasant Valley, for DWAI combined drugs and Alcohol. He was on found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the roadway on Quaker Hill Road, in Pleasant Valley. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Stormville arrested Juan J. Gopar, 39, of Fishkill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Stormville arrested Alexandra V. Nakutavicius, 21, of Pleasant Valley, for DWI. She was traveling on Beekman Road in East Fishkill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Brewster arrested Jesenia Arocho, 45, of Dover, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. She was traveling on State Route 22 in Pawling, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
Orange County
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Relina Butler, 41, of Middletown, for DWI. He was traveling on Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Fairfield County
- On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Somers arrested Isaac Brito-Farez, 52, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 138 in Somers, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Jesiel Dasilva, 27, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in Southeast, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from Somers arrested Francisco J. Gude, 53, of Newtown, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in Southeast, when his vehicle became disabled. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Brewster arrested Ramon Duarte Rosales, 40, of Norwalk, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from Brewster arrested Erik N. Mandel, 34, of Danbury, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 8, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Jimmy L. Oates III, 22, of Bethel, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in East Fishkill, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
