Local artist Peter Saverine, whose work is currently on display at Darien Donut, has pledged to donate 20 percent of canvas print sales to the Darien Blue Wave Booster Club.

“I am thankful for the opportunity to share my artwork to benefit the community. Local merchants, like Bill Tamme at Darien Donut, who welcome local artists to display in their venues make these small gestures possible,” said Saverine who graduated from Darien High School.

The Blue Wave Booster Club was formed in 2006 in order to support athletic programs at Darien High School. Darien Donut is at 370 Heights Road across from the Noroton Heights railroad station.
