National Dance Day will take place on Stratford's Paradise Green at the corner of Main Street and Huntington Road from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event is in promotion of the group's monthly theme of "Dancing Your Way to Better Health."

Dance Day will feature demonstrations by local dance studios, as well as audience participation and prize drawings.
