A tractor-trailer fire was reported to the Connecticut Department of Transportation shortly before 1 p.m. on Feb. 13, leading police to close the right and center southbound lanes between exit 30 and exit 31 in Stratford.

The lanes were closed for approximately 15 minutes before being reopened, however; shortly thereafter, a was a second incident on the interstate that forced a lane closure between exit 34 and exit 32.
