The fight occurred Nov. 25 at 7:30 p.m. near Holly Hill Lane and Muskrat Pond Drive, when several individuals kicked, spat on and removed the shoes and socks of the unconscious victim, police told Greenwich Time.

The 17-year-old, whose name was released because of his age, turned himself in at police headquarters late last week, and his case was turned over to juvenile court.
