A 52-year-old woman was nabbed by agents with the Stamford police drug squad after receiving information she was making a drug delivery.

Deborah Hall of Stamford was busted around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday when officers from the Narcotic and Organized Crime Task Force pulled her over for having a suspended license, said Capt. Richard Conklin.

During the stop, agents spotted Hall grabbing her purse and digging inside and then throwing it in the backseat, said Conklin.

When agents searched the purse they found 6.1 grams of cocaine in one container and one gram of cocaine in a bag, in addition to $1,161 in cash, he said.

Following the discovery, she agreed to a search of her home where agents found an additional five grams in a plastic container and 20 grams of marijuana, Conklin said.

During the stop, Hall was driving a 2016 white special edition Dodge Challenger, which she said was worth $60,000. The vehicle was seized following her arrest.

She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, and possession of pot with intent to sell, and driving with a suspended license.

Hall was given a $25,000 bond which she posted. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 3.
