Stamford Police Seek Peeping Tom In West Side Incident

STAMFORD, CONN. -- A city man who had stepped outside to have a cigarette spotted someone peering into his neighbor’s bedroom window and alerted her, according to a report by the Stamford Advocate.

The West Side woman, a Richmond Place resident, told the Stamford Advocate that the neighbor saw the “peeping tom” haul a lawn chair over to the window early Saturday so he could get a better look.

The alert neighbor’s yelling scared the man off, the Stamford Advocate story said.

Police told the Stamford Advocate that the man was described as black, about 6 feet tall with sparse facial hair.
