STAMFORD, Conn. -- A 21-year-old Stamford man has been sentenced to five years in prison after telling a judge the girl's description of their encounters were true, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Christophe Hernandez-Lucero, who is from Guatemala, also faces deportation after serving the prison sentence, reported the Stamford Advocate. During a hearing Tuesday, Hernandez-Lucero pleaded guilty to two counts of statutory rape, said the Stamford Advocate.
Hernandez-Lucero said he had sex with the girl twice in June 2015 and gave her pills when she was afraid of getting pregnant, added the Stamford Advocate.
