Stamford Man Accused Of Hitting Man, Woman With Bottle

STAMFORD, CONN. -- A 35-year-old Stamford man is facing assault charges after police said he hit a man and a woman over the head with a bottle at a Stamford's Hugo's Tacos this past weekend, the Stamford Advocate reports.

Samuel Mix Maldonado was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, along with disorderly conduct. He is being held on $75,000 bond, the Stamford Advocate says.

The two victims, a man and woman, both 35, were treated and released at Stamford Hospital, the Stamford Advocate reports.
