STAMFORD, Conn. – A suspected drug dealer busted in a sting made the situation even worse by groping the police informant to prove she wasn't a police officer, the Stamford Advocate said.
Philip Humphrey, 33, of Stamford was arrested Thursday after police set up a sting on Atlantic Street as word got out that he was selling crack, the Advocate said.
Humphrey, who has been previously convicted of selling drugs, was charged with sale of narcotics and fourth-degree sexual assault, reported the Stamford Advocate.
