The crash took place around 8:56 a.m., Friday, Oct. 11, eastbound near Exit 20 in South Hempstead, said the New York State Police.

Trooper Daniel Ahlgrim said there were no serious injuries. 

The South Hempstead Fire Department and Nassau County Police assisted at the scene.

There is no lane closure at this time, state police said.
