Jason Voss, 44, who was convicted on three drug charges, failed to submit a DNA sample, that was required as a condition of his release, state police said.

He was arrested three times for possession of marijuana, with the last in 2015. He was given a seven-year suspended sentence, with a conditional discharge that included the DNA testing, state police said.

State police have made numerous unsuccessful efforts to find Voss.

Voss is known to frequent the Bridgeport area, state police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Trooper Ryan at State Police Troop G in Bridgeport at 203-696-2500, ext. 4028.
