STAMFORD, Conn. -- The Associated Press is reporting that the boyfriend of Miriam Carey, the Stamford woman shot and killed after a car chase outside the U.S. Capitol on Oct, 3, had contacted police several times about the safety of their daughter and Carey's emotional stability, according to theday.com.
