STAMFORD, Conn. – Ryszard Typa, 62, a longtime resident of Stamford, died Saturday, Sept. 19.
He was born Nov. 21, 1952, in Elk, Poland. He was the son of Franciszek and Janina Typa.
Typa is survived by his wife, Aldona (Lucy) Typa; two sons, Robert and Walter Typa; a daughter-in-law; two grandchildren; and two sisters.
Visitation is Thursday, from 8-10:30 a.m. at the Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Ave., in Stamford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the Holy Name of Jesus Church, 369 Washington Blvd., in Stamford. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery, 66 Woodland Place, Stamford.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Bosak Funeral Home.
