STAMFORD, Conn. -- Lifelong Stamford resident Henrietta Lucy Crocco died on Thursday, Jan. 7. She was 107.

Born in Stamford in 1908, Crocco was a textile pattern and sample maker with various companies in New York City as a young woman. Later, she worked for Bloomingdale's of Stamford as a personalized stationary specialist for 30 years.

She is survived by her siblings -- all in Stamford — Gloria Kapteina, Joseph Interlandi and his wife Irene, Anne Carlucci, Raymond Interlandi; and several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, great-grand-nieces and great-grand-nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Anna Sabatina Interlandi; sisters Concetta Pirri, Mary Conca, Sara Arcano, Angela Pirre, Corinne C. Pace and Clara Interlandi; and brothers Salvo, Michael and Sebastian Interlandi.

Calling hours will be held from 10 to 11a.m. on Monday, Jan. 11, at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford. A procession will be leaving the funeral home at 11 a.m., for an 11:30 a.m. Mass at St. Mary's Church, 566 Elm St. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, also in Stamford.
