STAMFORD, Conn. -- Dorothy W. Sanfilippo, 89, of Stamford, died Thursday, Sept. 17.
Born June 5, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Harold Webb and Katherine (Joss) Webb.
She was predeceased by her husband John W. Sanfilippo and her sister Loretta Boccodoro.
She worked as a medical assistant for Dr. Ralph Pesiri for more than 40 years.
She was a member of The American Medical Association.
She is survived by her daughters Donna Lynn Krah and husband James, Judy Lynn Marsalisi and husband Michael and Jo-Ann Myers; her grandchildren Margot Baugher and husband John, Valerie Gray Krah, Chelsey Lynn Ripperger and husband Charles, Allison Marie Myers, Alexander Robert Myers and Shay Nicole Myers.
She also is survived by her nephew Carl Boccodoro and wife Karen, and their twin daughters, Laura and Christina.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Gabriel Church, 914 Newfield Ave.
Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien.
