Breaking News: Stamford Police Assists In Manhunt For Shooting Suspect

Dorothy Buccino, 87, Stamford Resident

STAMFORD, Conn. – Dorothy Buccino, a longtime resident of Stamford, died Tuesday, Feb. 2 at Cassena Care in Norwalk. She was 87. 

Born Feb. 23, 1928, in Greenwich, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Keeler. She was a graduate of Stamford High School.

She is survived by son Lou Carl Buccino of New Milford, grandchildren Michael Buccino and Matthew Buccino of Stamford, sister Shirley Beauleau of Stamford and brother-in-law Eugene Buccino, also of Stamford.

She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Buccino; son John Buccino; and her sister Helen Docimo.

A graveside service will be held Friday at noon at Fairfield Memorial Park, 230 Oaklawn Ave., Stamford. The Edward Lawrence Funeral Home in Darien is handling arrangements.
