Charlotte loved life and lived with it with amazing zest and generosity. She lived in Yorktown Heights for 63 years, raising two daughters while having a successful real estate career. She was always active playing tennis, golf and bridge—right up until 6 months ago!

Charlotte was a proud and loving matriarch. Her six grandchildren gave her 10 great-grandchildren. Definitely the family historian, she kept up with pictures that were displayed, gallery-style in her hall.

She had a wide circle of friends who adored her. She was known to all as a highly competent woman who knew how to organize and get it done! Large and in-charge at just 5-ft. tall, she was independent right up to the end. Everywhere her daughters and grandchildren went in her life circles, they all heard, “We love your Mom/Grandma,” “She is one of a kind!”

We will all miss her tremendously and know she will continue to work her magic with us all, keeping an eye on everyone she loves.

Charlotte is survived by her daughters Cat Gilliam Cunningham, Carol Gilliam and Eileen Silverman. Her grandchildren Charlotte Durma, Colleen Noviello, Leon Ransmeier, Matthew Noviello Jr., Megan Ransmeier and Michaela Sturgeon. And her great-grandchildren Christopher Bush Jr., Derek Bush, Jordan Caldwell, Kristina Noviello, Ava Bush, Payton Caldwell, Henry Hibbs, Cailey Noviello, Oliver Hibbs and Dani Caldwell.
