Stamford Will Collect Garbage On July 4

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford residents with Wednesday morning garbage and recycling pickup should put out their garbage: The city will be doing collections on July 4, the city’s Office of Operations said.

Although trash will be collected, the administrative offices, as well as the scale house, transfer station, Katrina Mygatt Recycling Center and the Scofieldtown Road Recycling Center will be closed for the holiday.
