STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford plans to make big improvements to Lione Park, where Maxine Gooden, 43, was shot to death Nov. 2, City Rep. Rodney Pratt told the Stamford Advocate.

Over $500,000 in lighting upgrades will be made, using money from a state grant, according to the
