STAMFORD, Conn. -- An evening of Stamford poetry will feature writer Gil Fagiani, who will talk about his childhood in Stamford's Springdale neighborhood, at the Ferguson Library's Weed Memorial & Hollander Branch on July 14 at 7 p.m.
Fagiani is a poet, essayist, short story writer, and translator. He will read and discuss his new book of poetry, "Stone Walls," about growing up in Springdale of the 1950's.
