Sunset Hall features 10 luxurious bedrooms, an elegant marble-floor ballroom, a guest house, a heated pool, tennis courts and much more. The seven-acre property had a final selling price of more than $3.3 million.

Sunset Hall has a rich history: not only was Harry Houdini once a regular visitor, but Robert Vaughn lived on the property for many years as well.

Cavett put his Montauk retreat, Tick Hall, up for sale in June of 2017. The personality hosted various versions of his renowned television program, "The Dick Caveat Show," between 1968 and 2007 on various networks.

Cavett also has an event scheduled for Saturday, March 23 where he’ll be interviewing entertainment industry legends live on The Ridgefield Playhouse stage — with the first interviewee being longtime Lewisboro resident Blythe Danner. Tickets range from $40 to $90. For more information, click here.
